First and last name, address, place of residence, telephone number, gender, email address, participation details (of events and/or meetings), payment details, job title, photos, social media accounts, contact history, social ID, cookies.

Why do we process personal data?

We process personal data for the following purposes and on the following grounds:

Maintaining contact with TULP interior relations

TULP interior works together with a large number of parties that participate in a TULP interior campaign. These may be, but are not limited to: (digital) advertising agencies, research agencies, PR agencies, media operators, production companies, sound studios, digital production agencies, self-employed persons. TULP interior keeps personal data of these parties (name, address, place of residence, email address, telephone number) in order to be able to approach them regarding cooperation in a TULP interior campaign.

Donor administration and services

In our donor administration we keep track of which organizations are donors of TULP interior, together with the relevant contact persons. We keep various personal data of contact persons in order to be able to invoice and/or invite them to meetings. For example, we keep contact details to be able to reach you.

Social Media

We also use 'adapted target groups' via social media platforms for TULP interior campaigns. To make this possible, we also process these social media accounts.

Advertisements may be displayed on these platforms. We do not pass on personal data to third parties for this.

To improve our TULP interior website, we can track click behavior and analyze it to optimize the website.

Special data:

We process 1 type of special personal data. We process gender in order to be able to address as 'madam' or 'sir'.

Retention period

Your personal data will be stored by TULP interior for the aforementioned processing(s) for the period:

During the term of the agreement and thereafter only in the financial administration for a maximum of 7 years; Name, address, place of residence, email address, telephone number and term of office of former (board) members. Duration: unlimited.

Provision to third parties

We may provide the data you provide to us to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the purposes described above.

For example, we use a third party for:

– taking care of the (financial) administration,

– control of the financial administration,

– and the care of our ICT facilities,

– the development of our (campaign) sites.

We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not concluded a processing agreement. We naturally make the necessary agreements with these parties (processors) to guarantee the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless this is legally required and permitted, such as the tax authorities.

We do not process personal data of minors (persons younger than 16 years) unless express permission has been given by a parent and/or guardian.

Google Analytics

On the website of TULP interior we use Google Analytics to analyze the functioning of the site and to measure the efficiency of traffic sources. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so or if third parties process the information on behalf of Google. We have no influence on this.
